Essentials and above plan users can change the rule for auto-publishing based on the minimum star rating and review sources.
Note: To comply with FTC policy, we strongly recommend that merchants publish all reviews, irrespective of their star rating.
Reviews meeting these rules will auto-publish immediately upon submission.
Reviews not meeting these rules will remain in a pending status for 14 days, during which merchants can manually choose to publish or unpublish them.
Once a review in pending status is manually published or unpublished, it will no longer be considered pending or auto-published.
Reviews in pending status for over 14 days will be auto-published.

Instead, merchants can utilize the review notification feature to receive notifications for each new review and manually publish them as desired.
