The URL of this page needs to go under Trustpilot business profile page URL.
To find this URL, go to Trustpilot’s website’s home page. Type the name of your business in the search bar given on the banner. Your business name will be auto-suggested in the dropdown, click on it to open your business’s profile page.
Copy the URL from the search bar above, that’s your Trustpilot business profile page URL.

Trustpilot review invitation emails are centered around having honest reviews from your customers on how engaging with your brand on a business level from services, location, and products has been for them, contributing to your business’s overall TrustScore.
Once you’ve established a connection between your AfterShip Reviews, Trustpilot account, and online store you can decide when you wish to send Trustpilot review email invitations to your customers to have their opinion on their recent purchase from your business.

AfterShip Reviews enables you to strengthen your Trustpilot review collection conversions by allowing you to schedule and send review collection emails at the right time and right stage of the customer journey.
You can trigger emails based on,
Order fulfillment - {{ N }} days after the order fulfillment date
Order delivery - {{ N }} days after the order delivery date
The value of N is set to 10 by default and can be increased up to 90.
You can opt for the trigger that best suits your needs, though we would recommend triggering the review request emails based on the order delivery time, which is proven to have a 15% higher review invitation conversion rate.
Fallback settings are useful when in case we fail to retrieve the customer’s order information. The trigger will automatically default to the order fulfillment date.
If you have set up your online store in multiple languages to cater to customers globally in their locale, you can set up mapping rules to match each language with a particular Trustpilot email template. That way a more personalized experience can be catered to your customers who speak a certain language increasing the chances of getting a review from them. If your store only has 1 language, you can skip this step.
Before you match your store languages to a particular Trustpilot template ID, you need to take care of two things.
Set up your store languages under the Language settings in AfterShip Reviews admin. Also, set up a default language that will be used when a customer's language doesn't match any of your published languages.
You can learn more about language configuration for review widgets and review request emails in this guide .
Locate your Trustpilot email template IDs to match against your store languages.
To find the template ID, from your Trustpilot account, go to Get reviews > Email templates. After selecting the language template, you'll find the ID for that language under the Template name textbox.
Once you have all the template IDs, move back to AfterShip Reviews admin where you were setting up the review email invitation rules.
Select a language from the Store language dropdown and add a Trustpilot template ID against it under Trustpilot template ID.
Set up tags to automatically tag new reviews from the review invitation emails. In place of these new tags, data will be auto-populated in reviews based on customer information.
By default, AfterShip_Reviews, {Country} , {Language} and {Product handle} will be added to the Trustpilot invites.
You can see these tags on the Trustpilot admin after a review is submitted through these review invitation emails.
After you've enabled your Trustpilot integration, it will sync the following information:
Existing and new Trustpilot reviews will be auto-synced to the AfterShip Reviews dashboard including author name, author email, and review content.
The synced Trustpilot reviews will follow the same auto-publish rules as you have set up in the AfterShip Reviews Settings.
The status of the Trustpilot reviews synced to the AfterShip Reviews dashboard is independent of any implications they will have on the actual status of the reviews on Trustpilot.
The published and unpublished status of the Trustpilot reviews on the AfterShip Reviews dashboard will only determine whether they will be visible on the AfterShip Reviews widget on your store.
You can directly reply to your Trustpilot and other product reviews in the AfterShip Reviews admin.
Your reply will be automatically posted on Trustpilot.
The reviewers will receive a notification mentioning that you have replied to their review from Trustpilot automatically.
You can showcase all your Trustpilot reviews on your store. The AfterShip Reviews widget will have the Trustpilot reviews along with the product reviews displayed on your store based on the All reviews widget settings.
All the reviews from Trustpilot will have a Trustpilot badge. Upon clicking the badge, it will open the corresponding Trustpilot reviews page.
