How to Export Historical Reviews and NPS Data

Overview



Customer reviews and Net Promoter Score (NPS) data in eCommerce is crucial for understanding customer sentiment, improving products and services, enhancing the customer experience, and driving business growth. The AfterShip Reviews allows you to easily export your historical reviews and NPS data.

Steps to export reviews and NPS data



Log in to AfterShip Reviews admin account
Go to Reviews > All Reviews
Click Export


To export reviews on a specific product page, go to Reviews > All products > Choose a specific product > click Export
To export all historical NPS, go to Reviews > Net Promoter Score > Your NPS > click Export

Note: You can choose the recipient email from the organization member list to receive the exported CSV file. By default, it will go to the email registered with the current account logged in.

Once you click the Export button, it will take 1-30 minutes (depending on the data size) to export the CSV file and send the download link as an email.

Below is the sample email you will receive with the CSV export file.
