How to Set up Automatic Follow-up Emails

Setting up automatic follow-up emails to customers who have left a new review can benefit merchants as it helps increase customer engagement, get acknowledgment and appreciation, request referrals, and boost social sharing. AfterShip Reviews allows you easily set up and send automatic follow-up emails to your reviewers.
Log in to AfterShip Reviews admin
Navigate to Settings > Automatic follow-up emails

You have the option to enable the default follow-up emails and the negative review follow-up emails for those who’ve submitted negative reviews.
Choose the star rating below you want to send the negative review follow-up email, such as 3 stars and below.
Under the Trigger settings, you can also choose to only trigger automatic follow-up emails for specific review sources, such as:
Automatic review requests
Manual review requests
Submitted in your store
Shipment reviews
Follow-up emails editor
You can easily customize your email templates by clicking on the Edit email template under both Default follow-up emails and Negative reviews follow-up emails.
From the Settings tab, you can set the subject line for your email, provide sender info, etc.
From the Content tab, you can set up the content, images, button, and social links for your email. You can easily customize the size, color, alignment, link, etc., within your email text using a rich-text editor.
From the Style tab, you can set the color and font of your text, buttons, footer, etc.

Steps to customize review notifications
Log in to AfterShip Reviews admin
Navigate to Settings > Automatic follow-up emails
