Connect your store with AfterShip Reviews to effortlessly collect reviews from and manage reviews for your online store on one centralized dashboard. Easily decide the reviews you want to publish on your store and which ones you wish to hide with an intuitive and interactive reviews management dashboard.
Go to the Reviews section in your AfterShip Reviews admin.
Navigate to the All reviews dashboard.
All your published and unpublished reviews collected from various channels and sources will be listed there. You can perform individual and bulk actions to edit and publish as per requirements.

AfterShip Reviews allows you to manage reviews on a product level on the All products reviews dashboard. The dashboard gives you the complete overview of all your store products and the customer reviews and ratings received for each one of them. Upon selecting individual products, you can access the reviews dashboard of every product detailing the average star ratings, number of reviews received with the list of text, video, and photo store and product reviews collected for the product displayed on the dashboard for you to manage as you deem fit.
Go to the Reviews dashboard in your AfterShip Reviews admin.
Go to All products dashboard to access reviews on product-level.
See all your store products and their reviews from every platform at a glance.
Find the product you are looking for with the help of instant search bar.
For enhanced visibility, each product will accompany the following key details:
Published: The number of published reviews that can be seen on your storefront.
Total reviews: The total number of reviews the product has received till now (including text, photo, and video reviews).
Average rating: The total number of 1,2,3,4 and 5-star ratings received divided by the number of possible ratings.
Actions: Click on the View button to see the imported or collected reviews of individual products.
Upon clicking any of the product, a comprehensive dashboard will be opened where you will get complete review-related details of that product.
Beneath the product title, you'll find the average rating and the total number of reviews the product has received, along with a clear breakdown of how many 1 to 5-star ratings it has earned.
On the reviews dashboard, you will see the following information.
Reviewer: The name of the customer and their country of origin (map).
Content: It shows the actual star rating and text review a customer has given for the product, the date when the review was submitted, likes/dislikes the review has received online from other customers/website visitors, along with the videos and images, if added by the customer.
Status: It indicates whether the product review is published or unpublished on your store. Reviews yet to be published will be labelled as Pending.
Publish: Under the Publish tab, you get the option of publishing and unpublishing reviews.
Actions: Under Actions, you can reply to, edit, share, mark as featured, move, or delete reviews.
Filters: You can apply the available filters to retrieve information you want instantly. Here are some of the filters you can apply to make data management much easier.
a. Rating: To sort reviews based on the average rating the product has received.
b. Photos/Videos: To sort reviews based on if the actual product images/videos have been uploaded by the reviewer.
c. Source: To sort from where the review has been imported. For example: The Trustpilot tag visible in the below-attached screenshot means that the review has been imported from Trustpilot.
d. Verification: To sort reviews based on verification.

At the top-right corner of the dashboard, you will see the following options.
Export: Export the reviews data for the product. You can export the complete data or download data based on the filters applied.
Refresh: Refresh the dashboard to refresh the data in real-time.
View reviews on your store: The option will take you the review widget of the product you are currently on.
All the functions and features in the review management dashboard are available for Free, Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise plans users except for the Reply to customers feature, which is only available for Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise plans users.
