Manage Video Reviews on Your Online Store

AfterShip Reviews empowers shoppers to share video reviews on your store. With this feature, you can effortlessly gather and showcase video testimonials, enhancing the authenticity of your products and building customer trust and satisfaction.

What you’ll learn



In this article, you’ll learn how to:

Enable the Review video option
Manage video reviews on the admin dashboard

Enable the Review video option



Log in to AfterShip Reviews admin dashboard
Click Settings > Review form
Enable Review video in the Review form settings


Please note that the customers can upload a maximum of 1 video for each review and the size of the file should not be more than 100 MB or it should be less than 120 seconds in duration.

Once enabled, customers will see the video upload option on your store or in your review request email while submitting a review.


Moreover, customers will be able to view the video reviews posted for each product on your online store.



Manage video reviews on the admin dashboard



Go to the Reviews admin dashboard
Click Reviews > All reviews


On this dashboard, you will be able to view all the reviews posted on your online store. You can manage those reviews by performing the following actions:

Publish/unpublish reviews: You can choose to publish or unpublish the reviews posted on the store.
Reply to review: You can reply to the reviews posted by the customers on the online store.
Edit review: You can edit or modify the reviews as per your convenience. However, the verified reviews are not eligible for editing.

Note: You can upload a maximum of 5 video links against each review.


Share review: You can share the reviews over Facebook and Twitter.
More actions: You can choose to move a review to another product, mark the reviews as featured so that those reviews would be shown on top of the review section or delete the reviews.
