2. How to customize the alignment and size of the star rating widget?

3. Why does the star rating exist after I duplicated my product when it should be empty?
Problem
When duplicating an existing product to create a new product page, the star rating for the new product displays a non-zero value, while the review widget shows “no reviews.”
Reason
Shopify duplicates the star rating meta field value along with the product info, resulting in the new product getting the original product’s star rating.
Solution
Create and publish a new review for the new product, then wait for 1-5 minutes.
This will update the star rating to reflect the correct value.
You can delete this review afterward.
4. Why isn't the star rating updated after I publish or unpublish reviews?
Problem
After publishing or unpublishing reviews, the review widget updates normally, but the star rating widget does not. This can lead to incorrect star ratings being displayed to buyers.
Solution
If you recently bulk imported or updated reviews for multiple products, allow some time for the star ratings to update. It would take less than 1 hour for the star ratings to update.
If the star ratings haven’t updated after 1 hour, there may be a meta field conflict that's restricting the star ratings to update. To resolve this, follow these steps:
Access your Shopify Product Metafield definitions by navigating to: Shopify Admin > Settings > Custom Data > Products.
Review all product metafield definitions. If any Namespace and Key begins with automizely_reviews, delete that definition.
Create and publish a new review for the affected product and wait for 1-5 minutes.
This will trigger an update for the star rating.
You can delete this review afterward.
